Located in Cherrueix, just 2 km from the sea, this 80 m² cottage comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. You will have 2 bedrooms (one with a 160 cm bed, the other with two 90 cm beds), a bathroom with a shower cabin, and a well-equipped kitchen with both a filter coffee maker and a pod coffee machine. The property includes a TV, washing machine, and a dedicated workspace for your convenience, but no Wi-Fi. A baby bed is available for families traveling with a young child. Enjoy the private garden and the open terrace/courtyard, perfect for relaxing outdoors. A private barbecue is provided for outdoor meals. The location offers easy access to nearby beaches. On-site shared parking for 1 or 2 vehicles is available during your stay. Please note: - Beds are made on arrival. - Towels are not included but can be provided for an extra charge upon request. - Cleaning is optional: you can do it yourselves or request it for an extra charge. - Parties and events are not allowed on the property. - Pets are not permitted as the property is not fenced.
